The hamsa is a palm-shaped symbol historically used by Muslims in Arab countries as an amulet to ward off evil forces. It is an Arabic word that means “five”, “the five fingers of the hand” symbolizing the Hand of Fatima, the daughter of Muhammad.

This is the way to say Island of Arabs in Arabic. And in the design of this scarf, we see exactly those components and basic elements that symbolize the Arabian Peninsula: the desert sands, the waters surrounding this desert peninsula, and camels as symbolic ships of the desert.
This artistic work conveys the beauty and originality of the Arabian Peninsula, which still preserves its legacy and splendor to these days.
This scarf is a real collection of symbols associated with the Arabian world. Here there are both majestic architecture of the modern world, plant and under water motifs of the fine arts as well as a traditional concept of an Arabian woman’s beauty. Even the main color of the scarf leaves full scope for imagination: some will see sands of the Arabian desert in it, others will associate it with the traditional Arabic coffee, symbol of hospitality and generosity of all Arabians.

If the horse depicted on this scarf symbolizes intellect, wisdom and strength of power, then the woman complements it with her natural warmth and harmony. This is a story about the balance of opposites: love of freedom and humility, obstinacy and softness. This is a story about love, tenderness and beauty.

A lot of attention is paid to the space research in the UAE. The design of the scarf is devoted to the first person from the UAE in space – Haza Ali Al Mansouri. He’s the first but not the last, a real national hero that all the country is proud of! The scarf is an excellent choice for those who are inspired by progress, innovations and achievements of the Middle East science and technology.

Did you know that the vast desert occupying much of the Arabian Peninsula used to be lush jungles about 7000 years ago? In the course of history lush palm jungles changed for modern jungles of the Gulf megacities. Depicted in this scarf as the embodiment of the nature itself, a woman with her inborn grace and natural softness as if inflates life in these modern jungles filling them with her overwhelming beauty and tenderness.
